"Thank you for all your professional help."
Dear Victoria, On behalf of my family let me thank you for all your professional help and personal attention you gave to us in not only the selling of our home but in the purchasing of our new one. Over the past year (can you believe it) we felt our relationship grew from a pure business arrangement to one of real friendship. Our phone calls were always enjoyable as we shared our thoughts on various homes but they almost always went on a different level. They invariably included personal stories about our current lives. I appreciated all the time we spend conversing together. We discussed more topics than I could possibly mention and sometimes we even talked about real estate. I believe god put people in our lives to learn from each other and I certainly learned many a lesson from you as I hope you did from me. In any event, thank you again as you made a difficult and trying time easier to handle. I frequently repeated “it only takes one home” many many times to myself in order to keep my own spirits high. We respect your integrity as a realtor and will certainly pass your name along to anyone considering to buy or sell. You work hard and deserve all the benefits you receive from your efforts. Your beautiful house gift, the Tiffany Bowl which adorns our dining room table was only an added touch. And, of course, the delicious dinner we enjoyed our first night in our home. You really managed to cover all bases. We look forward to having you visit us over the holidays. Stay well and our very best to you and your family (and your new addition). We will talk soon, Sincerely yours,
Francine Galante

Time to Move >Planning the Move
The custom of relying on friends to help make a move from one place to another has been replaced by reliance on professional movers.
Professional moving companies offer a wide range of service options, including professional packing. It could cost you less if you pack your things in your own containers. However, some movers will not insure fragile items, such as dishes or glassware, if they do not pack them.
Begin your preparations for the move by calling several companies for estimates. And start early! Some companies want three-to-six weeks advance notice. Ask each company how they compute the charges, how much time they expect the move to take, and what kind of insurance coverage they offer against loss or damage. If you have to store your things temporarily, ask what arrangements can be made.
Long-distance movers may send a representative to your home for an estimate, while local companies may quote an hourly rate over the phone. Be sure to ask the same questions of each company so that when you compare bids you will be using the same criteria.
