"How much we appreciate all you did."
Dear Victoria, Just want to tell you, and everyone in your office, how much we appreciate all you did to make the process of both selling our current home and purchasing our wonderful new so much easier…finding the perfect house is one thins – but making it all happen is another thing completely. We’re just “regular,” working class folks. We’ve been absolutely blown away by the type of service you’ve provided us. I can’t imagine that your million-dollar clients could do any better! When we saw the marketing job on our current home, we actually said, “hey, I’d live there!” Through your endless network of professional resources, we have felt very well “connected” to every type of structural expert, electrician, and inspector, and absolutely pampered with a complimentary “move in” catered dinner. Perhaps most importantly, at all times, we felt that you were sensitive to our own specific financial needs and concerns. You helped us to relax when you knew things would turn out fine, and you really got your hands dirty to advocate for us when negotiations were to be made. We could go on and on, but just wanted you to know that we will forever recommend you. Please feel free to put this on your website (and frankly, you can add or change anything you want!!) Again, thanks,
Erin and Denise
You have a story to tell about me. You've worked with me, and I've helped you buy or sell a home. I need your feedback. Others need your feedback, too! Please take a moment to fill out this form and tell me how I did...
Bargain Properties >Tips for First Time Investors
When starting out as a real estate investor, you can choose either the conservative approach of holding a property until it increases in value or the riskier approach of "flipping" - reselling very soon after making some improvements that add value. If you plan on taking the safer approach, keep the following factors in mind when searching for the right investment property.
Look for a house or apartment unit that is close to where you live, so inspecting the property and overseeing maintenance will be easier. Choose an area where there is clear potential for future development, and you will benefit from the inevitable increase in property values. If you have the choice of either buying a newly built or recently remodeled home or a less expensive house in the same neighborhood that needs a cosmetic makeover, buy the bargain property and upgrade it for a better long-term return on your investment.
